You Qualify for our service if:

          You have Medicare or private insurance coverage, and in some areas,
          Medicaid coverage.

          You have been diagnosed with diabetes (you do not need to be insulin
          dependent to qualify!) and you test your blood at least once per day.

          How does the service work?

          We do all the paperwork for you! Once we obtain your doctor's authoriz-
          ation, we ship your supplies directly to you. Delivery is free. Then we
          bill Medicare, Medicaid, or your private insurance company for you. All
          you are responsible for is any deductibles or co-payments after your
          insurance company has paid. Many of our patients pay nothing at all!
